The Baby gymnastics class is a stepping-stone that introduces children to healthy group activities with an emphasis on fun and enjoyment. It helps with the development of self-confidence and encourages friendships and an early appreciation of team spirit. The classes help children develop body awareness, coordination, balance, strength and flexibility as well as patience and self-control. We introduce children to basic obstacle courses, balancing work, climbing, jumping and gymnastic rolls using a variety of proprietary equipment.

We limit the capacity of these classes to 12 children per coach.

  • Ages 5 – 7 years old (Boys and Girls)

Our Beginners classes are designed for young boys and girls. A safe and fun introduction to rolling, bouncing, twisting and all around movement awaits every child, who joins our gym. They are designed to challenge each child on a variety of apparatus including vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline. Children develop and continually improve their strength, flexibility, posture, balance, coordination and self esteem while developing new gymnastic skills. At the same time, they learn the basic elements on gymnastics apparatus.

We understand, particularly in this age group, children progress at different rates; for that reason there is never any pressure to attain certain skill levels, advance to the next level or even to try and keep pace with their peers.

At the end of each year we conduct testing where effort and progress and are recognized and each gymnast receives a certificate of achievement.

The capacity of this class: 12 children per coach.

  • Ages 8 – 12 years old

This class is designed to continue to build upon the foundation laid during Beginners Classes. We focus more attention on how well the skills are executed and concentrate on improving form and consistency. Gymnasts’ understanding of terminology, body shaping and conditioning will increase as they face encounter new drills and refine old skills. Children in this class will be exposed to more practice time, new stretches, skills and coaching styles. They seek to master some of the more difficult and intricate skills in recreational gymnastics. Strength conditioning and flexibility play an important role in keeping gymnasts safe as the difficulty level increases. More gym time and more equipment exposure make this an ideal class for those with the enthusiasm and dedication to push the boundaries of self-discovery.
